Shipping options:

- Courier delivery (R100) Aramex - to your door
(approximately 2-5 working days of receiving your order on RTS product)
- Please specify your location at checkout.

- Courier delivery (R100) Postnet - counter to counter
(approximately 3-5 working days of receiving your order on RTS product)
- Please specify the location of the postnet most convenient for you at checkout.

-   Courier delivery (R60) Paxi - counter to counter
(approximately 5-7 working days of receiving your order on RTS product)
- Please specify the location of the PEP most convenient for you at checkout.

- Alternatively, Collection in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town is an option.
- Orders are Processed Week days Monday-Friday only.

  Although we do our best to ensure size consistency with our items, slight variances may occur as Flower Crowns and Accessories are hand-crafted. If you need a smaller or larger size or an adjustable tie-back style please let us know.

Sizing:   Newborn/Doll -38/40cm      Small -43/45cm     Medium -52/54cm   Large -58/60cm
Tie-backs and Alice Bands fit all sizes    

Return and exchange policy:

Sunkissed Handmade does not issue refunds .
If you are unhappy with your purchased item we are happy to exchange your item for another one of the same value, provided:

• The item has not been opened or worn and is still in its original packaging
• You contact us at crowns@sunkissedstudio.co.za within seven days of receiving your order to let us know you will be returning an item
• We receive your returned item by trackable delivery within 14 days of you receiving your order
• You pay for the return postage and the postage of the new item being sent back to you.
• Your order was not Custom made (no refunds or returns on custom orders)
